The Collective consists of several student interns and volunteers dedicated to the Counterpoise mission. The Collective is responsible for all aspects of the magazine's production, from finding articles and images to editing, publication, and distribution. All interns share responsibilities, with job assignments rotating on a quarterly basis, and decision-making is a group process.
